[Bruce had been in a hurry. Being chased by the United States military would do that to you, you see. The sudden change of scenery, however, had been enough to prompt an abrupt stop. I mean, one second you're charging through some lady's underwear and the next you're standing in the middle of a cell? That's a little disconcerting. Bruce is almost absolutely positive he hadn't changed. He wasn't missing any time. Nothing had happened to provoke it.

He dropped his pack on the bed and set about giving the room a good once over. The sounds of the pursuing soldiers had died, so he figured he had the time.
